Forms on this page are all in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) Format.
The forms on this page can be printed, completed and submitted to any Broward College financial aid office.
Use the forms on this page to clear the red flags on your MyBC Financial Aid account and to satisfy the Verification process. (You must confirm, on MyBC, which forms and documents apply specifically to you before attempting to submit them.) Your aid cannot be fully processed until verification is complete. Students are encouraged to submit all required verification (and other outstanding) documents as soon as possible once the related red flags have been posted on their student portal (MyBC).
Students should not make any corrections to their FAFSA while in verification unless specifically instructed to do so by a Broward College Student Financial Aid staff member. Check MyBC to confirm that the red flags are no longer showing once you have submitted the required documents (and 7 to 10 days have passed.) Once you no longer have any red flags we will attempt to process you for aid.
More Information on verification.
